Installation and Mounting

Stirrup fixed using different fixation points (one M20 screw or two M14 screws). Tiltable body fixed to stirrup via M8 Hex screws. Reversable stirrup allows over or under-slinging. Integrated connection box with 1 x M25 cable gland accepting cable diameter between 10mm and 16.3mm, with screw terminals for wires up to 2.5mm2.
Gearbox can be installed remotely up to 200m far from the luminaire. For mains supply (200-440V, 50/60Hz) 1 x M25 cable gland accepting 10mm to 16.3mm cable diameter. For DALI control 1 x M20 cable gland accepting cable diameter between 6.3mm and 11.3mm. Output connection from gearbox to floodlight 1 x M25 cable gland accepting 10mm to 16.3mm cable diameter for wires up to 2.5mm² (one cable of 5 or 7-cores depending on floodlight variant at length of customer choice, not supplied by Thorn). Four holes in power supply housing corners allow different mounting options.

High power LED floodlight for sport lighting and high mast area lighting. With CCT 5700K, CRI 70 to address recreational sports requirements. AS1 and AS2 asymmetric optics with full cut off to address spill and light pollution requirements by minimising the need to tilt the floodlight. Compact and lightweight floodlight (22.4kg for three module version, 17.6kg for two module version, highly resistant (IP66, IK08). To be completed with compact (500x152x77mm not including cable glands) and light (5.6kg) gearbox IP66 with DALI control interface. Its housing made of die-cast aluminium and a full working range at ambient temperature -40°C/+50°C. Lifetime greater than 50khrs. Surge level 10kV for common mode and differential mode. Can be installed remotely up to 200m from floodlight.
